My sister ordered the bed a couple months ago for my daughter we are just putting it together and listening to the screw and instructions. Can anyone tell me the screws needed please
Legs not even, chairs wobble. Only way to prevent wobbling is to unscrew the floor protectors in the front legs.
The day I bought the chair it was unzipped. So I reached out to the company and told them about the chair that I wanted to get a replacement. They were very fast to respond, but there has been no follow up and I have received no chair. This company will not answer my emails now. It is very poor customer service.
wish I could say that it is a great chair, however i do need the screws and tools (which were not included in the box) in order to assemble the chair. please please send those items...thank you
Worked fine for nearly a year on carpet, only thing I had issue with was the slats bending due to me being overweight, had brand new floors put in yesterday, had a decent rest on it as normal, sat up to let someone into the house, and the middle just completely gave out with no warning, and now floor has gouges in it. Extremely disappointed. will be throwing out ASAP.
Contacted the company last year about replacement slats, and since I'm not the original owner and could not provide all relevant information, they would not send me any.
