Purchased a pair of these and base came dented and is unusable. I emailed support to replace and its been almost 2 weeks with no reply from them.

The bar stool came well packed with cushioning between the parts. It was very easy to install the stools using the instructions provided.
The bar stools look great and have a really nice design. They are sturdy and blend extremely well with both dark and light interiors.
The silver finish on the base of the stools was even and shiny.
The height adjustment feature works well.

These barstools are really comfortable they have soft cushions and a footrest. You can adjust the height of the seat to fit your body, so it feels nice when you sit. Made with good-quality materials and are not too expensive, so they are a good deal. Plus, they are easy to put together, so you don't have to worry about that.

I got these delivered yesterday and I really wondering how to assemble this alone, but guess what it was so easy pesy to assemble it. Not they are too heavy not light. But they are sturdy. Very quick and very easy to assemble and instructions are very much clear how to do setup.

I like the seat which is soft and quilted. I really like for the price.
