This is the second bookshelf I have purchased. The design was changed so that the metal frame is in 2 parts, presumably for shipping purposes. As a result I have to admit that the result has been a decrease in quality. It required some effort to assemble the 2 pieces including some sort use of a hammer. The parts that fitted together were not as precisely made as they should have been. Nevertheless it is sturdy enough and still represents a decent value. I would have paid a few dollars more to have the old design.
I purchased for my plants but only fits shorter ones. It is an excellent and easy to assemble bookcase and looks great!!
The bed frame was ordered through Bed, Bath & Beyond and delivered 3 days later. When we put the bed together we discovered in the next to the last step that we had a part for a Full size bed frame instead of the Queen that was ordered. That started a series of emails back and forth with the Vecelo customer support folks to get the proper part. It turns out they were out of the needed part and needed to restock. Fifteen days later we received the part and completed the assembly of the bed. It was just what we had hoped for and have made good use of the storage space under the frame. One piece of advice, it’s best to have 2 people for the assembly if you get the Queen size frame.
I absolutely love this set. But one of the chairs was missing a part. I was hesitant to reach out because customer service is through email. But I was amazed how fast there response was to my email. And the customer service support AMAZING they immediately sent the part through fed ex next day. Thank you so much!
